Warranty Coverage
We offer a 6 months warranty from the date of purchase on all our leather products against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.


What is Covered?
Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects or flaws that may occur during the specified warranty period. This includes issues related to the leather, stitching, hardware, and construction.


What is Not Covered?
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  1. Normal wear and tear
  2. Misuse, negligence, or accidents
  3. Exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., water damage, excessive heat, or direct sunlight)
  4. Unauthorised alterations or repairs
  5. Improper storage or handling


Claiming Warranty
If you believe your leather product is experiencing an issue covered by our warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team via email within the warranty period and provide us with your sales order number.
  2. Our team will guide you through the warranty claim process and may request additional information, including photos of the product.
  3. If the issue is deemed to be covered by the warranty, we will either repair or replace the product at our discretion.


Please Note:

  1. Shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.
  2. If the specific product is no longer available, we may offer a comparable product as a replacement.
  3. Any repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
